6-Word-Stories

Image

Hemingway once wrote a story in just six words (For sale: baby shoes, never worn.) and is said to have called it his best work. Okay, so I’ve posted 140 character Twitter stories before, but 6-word-stories are about as short as you’ll get.

But hey, I like a challenge, so when Morgen Bailey asked for 6-word submissions, I gave it a go. Here are my two.

I mouthed, ‘Help!’ but Ben saw.

For Sale: House keys, owner’s photo.

You can read these, and others, over on Morgen’s web pages.

Thank you for the mention, DJ. I run two per author per month, and look forward to posting yours next ones next month, so feel free to send me more. 🙂

Look, if you've taken the time to read this, you may as well let me know by leaving a comment. Go on, you know you want to.
